The Minong Village Hall may be rented for residential, commercial, non-resident, or non-profit organization use. There are specific rules for renting the Village Hall which can be found on our Hall Permit form. The required form links are below as well as a schedule of fees for use. As of January 1st, 2016 we no longer rent out tables or chairs for off premise use.


Village Hall Rental Fees


Resident-Refundable Deposit Required-$150.00/Wedding Reception-$100.00 (Fri-Sun)/Wedding Anniversary-$10 per hour/Garage Sales-$10 per hour with a 2 hour minimum/Funeral-$50 per day.

Commercial-Refundable Deposit Required $150.00/Rental-$100.00 per day.

Non-Resident– Refundable Deposit Required- $150.00/Wedding Reception-$150.00 (Fri-Sun)/Wedding Anniversary-$15.00/Garage Sales-$10.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum/Funeral-$50 per day.

Non Profit Organization-Refundable Deposit Required-$150.00/Rental is free
